Ensure continuous growth of International Distribution Company Bangladesh (Pvt.) Limited by achieving sales target by volume/value and executing entire sales and marketing activities as advised by the line manager.
Job Description:
- Leading Sales Officer team to achieve the respective area's primary & secondary sales target.
- Creating, mapping & guiding the sales beat and route for effective sales plan and better communication.
- Regular field visit with Sales Officer in Beat and provide on the job training to Sales Officer.
- Finding a new distributor/dealers’ network who is financially strong and is open to ideas.
- Opening new distributors/dealers for maximizing product sales, distribution & business profit.
- Maintaining safety stocks at distributor point & sales outlet. Ensuring stock & visibility in retailer shelf.
- Collecting information & analysis on competitor activity & strategies to ensure the strength of own product.
- Ensure financial savings on different parameters like damage (1%).
- Ensuring satisfactory earnings at least 80% of incentive on month to month of business.
- Ensure Manpower iteration does not exceed 5%.
- Preparing & submitting monthly, quarterly & annual reports on primary & secondary sales, product stock, return, damage product and expiry product to immediate supervisor.
- Developing and executing innovative sales plans to establish a growing brand in order to achieve overall sales targets in terms of volume, revenue and profitability of the company's products.
- Recruiting best fit & capable Sales Officer / Merchandiser as per company policy & given timeline from Human Resource department.
- Providing proper information / documents to Sales Admin as per company rules.
- Ensuring proper separation process of field force employees as per company rules.
Requirements:
- Graduation from any discipline from UGC approved institutions.
- Must be a good user of MS Package

Experiences
- 2-3 years experience in FMCG direct sales & team handling .
